Extreme fighting jeet kune do, kali, and mixed martial arts is an organization dedicated to the preservation and expansion to the martial art  Sijo Bruce lee left behind in 1973.  Our focus is simply to simplify martial arts and self defense.    Its is not about the endless and useless accumulation of antiquated techniques.  We are not about sports,  tournaments, belts. tee shirts,  or nonsense that have no place for surviving a realistic attack.   On the streets there are no refs or rules.   There are no prizes or trophies.  Our goal is relaistic and hardcore self defense.  We teach the same program being taught to the Navy  Seals, DEA, FBI,  Swat Teams, and over 26 police departments nationwide.  We teach methods and concepts from over 30 different martial arts.  Methods include, but not limited to,   Jeet kune do, Jun Fan Gung Fu,  Boxing, Muay Thai Boxing,  Panataken, Jiu Jitsu,Judo, Wing Chun, Wrestling, Fillipino Weapons, Stick Fighting, Knife fighting, knife stick and gun disarming, and the list goes on.  These are not random arts put toether.  These arts were combined by Sijo Bruce lee,  Guro Dan Inosanto, and Paul Vunak to bring the most effectice and brutal fighting system.
